Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join our team at FIT Technologies. The successful candidate will assist in establishing and maintaining business relationships with clients by providing support to the assigned Client Services Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Aid the assigned Client Services Manager with account management tasks, including reviewing monthly invoices for accuracy, updating the CRM with project and service opportunities and contracts, and managing contract renewals.
  • Support the Client Services Manager in leading, preparing, and executing on the strategic IT roadmaps for clients, including initiating the proposal scoping process, building new service agreements and contracts, and preparing documentation for internal project meetings.
  • Participate in interdepartmental project planning, including assisting with the management and coordination of client onboarding tasks.
  • Lead special projects as requested for the Client Services Team and leadership team.
Requirements
  • Preferred 1-3 years' experience working in customer service, project management, sales support, or client services.
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a team atmosphere.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and accomplish tasks successfully.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required.
  • Demonstrated ability to complete tasks with minimum supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and the ability to adapt to an evolving environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with regards to the information being processed, stored, or accessed on FIT or client networks and obtained through client relationships.
  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
Working Conditions
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer screen.
  • Occasional local travel to events and/or to various client sites for meetings.
  • Reliable transportation to our office in Downtown Cleveland and/or to occasional offsite events or meetings.
  • Occasional evening and weekend work for meetings or other special events.
