Oswald Companies seeks a goal-driven professional to take ownership in a high-growth business. As a Senior Client Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients within assigned practices. This role requires strategic and tactical direction, leadership, and sales growth objectives. You will oversee the delivery of services, lead client teams, and work closely with Business Unit Leadership to establish revenue, cost management, and staff development goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients within assigned practices.
  • Lead client teams in the planning, execution, and successful management of services.
  • Work closely with Business Unit Leadership to establish revenue, cost management, and staff development goals.
  • Drive operational excellence through the establishment and execution of service standards, efficient processes, and system resources.
  • Ensure team productivity by aligning duties, setting expectations, and measuring performance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration (MBA Preferred).
  • Five to ten years or more of related experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • Experience in the preparation, analysis, and interpretation of risk data for presentation of servicing solutions required.
