Position Overview:

The Senior Revenue Cycle Strategist operates autonomously while effectively managing several projects of moderate to high complexity, focusing on how revenue cycle technology enhances operational efficiency. This role encompasses tasks related to analysis, design, configuration, testing, and implementation, along with application support, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues. The individual serves as a key mentor, leveraging their expertise in application logic to provide technical guidance and oversight. Commitment to exceptional customer service and fostering respectful relationships is essential.

Work Schedule:
  • Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm + On Call responsibilities, with potential on-site visits for project launches

Responsibilities Include:

  • Evaluate operational needs and system functionalities to propose effective solutions. Develop system designs, including functional specifications, and implement strategies based on thorough analysis of operational requirements.
  • The Senior Revenue Cycle Strategist independently engages in multiple initiatives of moderate to high complexity throughout the organization.
  • Execute application configuration modifications. Secure change control approvals. Adjust application settings in accordance with established standards. Document changes, testing protocols, results, and project specifications in the approved Knowledge Management tool.
  • Conduct testing for configuration and workflow modifications. Create test scripts and perform unit, system, and integration testing according to standards, documenting outcomes.
  • Enhance, maintain, and support applications/systems as necessary. Provide on-call support, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues. Lead escalation processes.
  • Communicate application concerns with vendors following their reporting procedures. Utilize personal mobile devices for communication and respond to issues within 30 minutes while on call.
  • Facilitate collaboration and communication with both internal and external stakeholders across various platforms.
  • Identify data integrity challenges and analyze data and process flows for potential improvements. Conduct data analysis using CCL or other technical tools to extract requirements, identify inaccuracies, and ensure precise processing and reporting with minimal supervision.
  • Develop and provide documentation for departments and/or customers related to AIT Revenue and Administrative Systems solutions. Train customers on utilizing revenue cycle applications with advanced knowledge. Offer Go-Live support, which may involve travel to various facilities.
