As a key member of the AdventHealth Corporate team, the Analytics Manager for Pharmacy Operations will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Analytics Vision: Support and inform the corporate pharmacy teams' strategic analytics vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Direct, guide, and support the analytics team to collect digital metrics from various pharmacy-related clinical, operational, and financial systems, analyzing findings and making specific recommendations.
- Leading Edge Analytics Techniques: Identify and recommend innovative data analytics techniques and measurement solutions to demonstrate value and effectiveness of digital activities, achieving revenue and strategy goals.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Collect, compile, and synthesize data to help the organization develop and understand KPIs and other thresholds for success.
- Customer Service and Collaboration: Proactively provide outstanding customer service, working closely with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to identify and maximize opportunities to leverage digital technologies to improve business processes and support critical business strategies.
- Decision-Support Systems: Participate in developing decision-support systems that demonstrate digital effectiveness to support the digital marketing footprint.
- Data-Driven Strategies: Develop data-driven strategies to support digital growth planning and the creation of decision-support systems that demonstrate digital effectiveness.
- Communication and Advice: Apply keen skills in communicating data clearly in written and oral form, working diligently to get the right data to key decision-makers. Provide advice to ensure digital projects can be measured and analyzed as they are implemented.
- Data Management and Systems Training: Lead coordination of data management and systems trainings given by the Analytics Specialist to team members for relevant applications.
- Industry Leadership: Strive to achieve a level of data insight unparalleled in pharmacy, uniquely positioning AdventHealth as an industry leader in insightful pharmacy analytics.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, IT, Math, Business, or a related field with 8 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree preferred or equivalent.
