Position Overview:

The Epic Revenue Cycle Intermediate Analyst plays a crucial role in understanding system configuration and implementation. This position requires the ability to analyze business challenges and propose solutions that align with organizational objectives aimed at optimizing clinical and operational systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and system users to design, build, test, train, implement, and maintain Epic and related systems.
  • Utilize expertise in clinical practices and information technology to manage data effectively and ensure compliance with professional standards.
  • Engage with stakeholders to document workflows, conduct gap analyses, and identify necessary process improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with hospital leadership, clinicians, and support staff to facilitate project goals.
