We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Director of Business Development to join our team at Elior North America. As a key member of our Dining & Events Segment, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning, relationship-building, and sales execution.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve business development goals and objectives
- Mentor and support the growth of other team members
- Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts, clients, and prospects
- Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, cold calls, and emails
- Plan and execute events, conferences, and trade shows to drive business growth
- Manage bids and proposals to increase sales and revenue
- Participate in developing and executing long-term business goals and strategies
- Minimum 5 years of experience in new business development, sales, or a related field
- Experience with RFP processes in private and government sectors
- Strategic sales experience, preferably in contract services
- Strong understanding of procurement and purchasing within government entities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time
- Competitive salary range: $100,000-$150,000 based on experience plus commission
