Job Title: Senior Business Development Director

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our fast-paced team at Jobot. This role is integral to our company's growth and expansion, requiring a strategic thinker with a proven track record in the finance industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets in the finance and real estate sector.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct outreach and cold calling to generate new leads and prospects.
  • Oversee the expansion of our business into new territories and sectors.
  • Manage and mentor a team of business development professionals.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Utilize market research to inform business development strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of business development activities with company objectives.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in formulating new relationships and helping with expansion using various business development tactics.
  • Extensive knowledge of the real estate market, particularly in multifamily projects.
  • Exceptional networking skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Experience in cold calling and outreach activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities and markets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value deals.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
