This is a remote position that requires providing day-to-day administrative support to IT operations. The scope of the proposed services will include the following:

  • Preparing routine reports and assisting analysts, managers, and technicians with formatting, scanning, and printing documents.
  • Scheduling meetings and performing temporary, possibly repetitive, administrative functions such as reorganizing or populating paper or electronic files; or entering data.
  • Providing operational support for records and information management activities including the operation of equipment, scanning, document review and document classification.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • One year experience in performing routine office administration and experience providing routine office functions and support services for employees and clients.
  • Available to work from Baton Rouge, LA on a regular basis.

Desirable but not mandatory requirements include experience providing logistical support for public events, managing technical aspects of time entry software and associated tasks, and supporting and reviewing expense reports.
