Job Summary:

The Administrative Support Specialist will provide administrative support to the Dean of the Graduate School. This role will involve managing emails, calendar invites, and phone calls for the Dean. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, editing, and sending correspondence on behalf of the Dean, as well as scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage emails, calendar invites, and phone calls for the Dean
  • Draft, edit, and send correspondence on behalf of the Dean
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
  • Maintain and update calendars to ensure all commitments are properly reflected
  • Provide administrative support to the Dean's office

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
