Job Summary

Talento Search Group is seeking a skilled Plant Electrician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the process, equipment, controls, and storeroom areas.

  • Maintain and troubleshoot all equipment, including PLCs, VFDs, robotics, and motors.

  • Work with electrical prints and multimeters to perform electrical troubleshooting.

  • Assist other team members as needed and effectively communicate equipment issues with the Maintenance Foreman.

  • Assist in new installation and upgrades of plant equipment and maintain a clean and orderly work area.

  • Interface with mechanics, production operators, production foremen, engineers, or other personnel involved during equipment PM or repairs.

Requirements
  • Associates Degree, Tech School Diploma, or Certification in Electrical Maintenance or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Electrician or equivalent.

  • Experience troubleshooting PLC Ladder Logic and robotics a plus.

  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs, climb, bend, stoop, push, and pull.

  • Manufacturing/Industrial work environment.

  • Regular, full-time, predictable onsite attendance per the posted schedule is an essential function of this role.

  • Lead and promote health and safety work practices as required by regulatory agencies and company policy.
