  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent equipment downtime and reduce costs.
  • Supervise and train maintenance technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with production supervisors and management to ensure maintenance activities align with business objectives.
  • Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment logs and maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, and participate in safety training and initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with maintenance technicians, production staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment maintenance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
