Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share expansion
- Lead a team of Business Development Managers to develop and implement sales programs, target marketing opportunities, and networking initiatives
- Maintain and enhance revenue streams through effective account management and relationship building
- Collaborate with Operations leadership to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet customer expectations
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Proven sales and leadership experience in the property mitigation and restoration industry
- Strong negotiation and marketing skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets
- General knowledge of the insurance industry and claims process
- Restoration industry experience a plus
- Ability to obtain necessary industry trade certifications
- Ability to sit for extended periods, with occasional movement to access files or office equipment
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers over the phone
- Occasional need to ascend and descend a ladder for re-inspections
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs
