Optical Sales Manager

As a Licensed Optical Sales Manager at U.S. Vision, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and leading by example to ensure a positive experience for all patients, customers, colleagues, and business partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coach optical staff to achieve personal and store goals
- Oversee sales and expenses, ensuring a commitment to deliver excellence in customer service and satisfaction
- Engage with patients and customers to fulfill prescriptive eyewear needs
Requirements:
- Licensed Optician as required by state
- Strong sales ability, with a focus on connecting with customers, uncovering their needs, and recommending items based on their needs
- Polished and professional communication and customer-centric service skills
- Experience with POS, computer, and timekeeping systems, as well as Microsoft Office
- Ability to work with diverse people and provide excellent customer service
- Self-motivation, action-oriented, and a creative problem solver
- Reliability and punctuality in attendance, with flexibility for scheduling and ability to work weekends, select holidays, and special sales events
