Position Summary

We are in search of a highly qualified Cybersecurity Training Lead to oversee the provision of comprehensive cybersecurity training services for a Federal client. The selected individual will be responsible for the successful execution of all facets of the cybersecurity training initiative, including project management, content creation, instructional design, and support for training tools. The Cybersecurity Training Lead will maintain continuous communication with stakeholders, manage the training delivery platform, and ensure compliance with federal training standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Management: Direct the management and execution of all cybersecurity training services for clients, encompassing project planning, content creation, instructional design, and administrative support.
  • Module Creation: Design and develop cybersecurity training modules, including blended and online formats, utilizing government-approved tools. Ensure compliance with 508 and SCORM standards.
  • IT Academy Development: Support the establishment and enhancement of the client's Information Technology Academy and IT Immersion Program through coordination, planning, scheduling, and curriculum development.
  • Policy-Driven Training: Create training materials based on federal cybersecurity policies, standards, and frameworks, including the Cybersecurity Risk Management Framework (RMF) and NIST guidelines.
  • Collaboration with Experts: Work closely with cybersecurity specialists and subject matter experts to develop and refine training content, ensuring effective coordination and management.
  • Cybersecurity Awareness: Enhance the Annual Refresher Cybersecurity Awareness Training (CSAT) by incorporating real-world scenarios and case studies.
  • Training Tool Management: Oversee the administration of the designated cybersecurity training delivery application, ensuring its effective use and maintenance.
Qualifications
  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years in supporting large-scale projects within the Federal Market Space.
  • Certifications: Must hold one of the following certifications:
    • Project Management Professional (PMP)
    • Geographic Information Systems Professional (GISP)
    • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
    • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
    • Certified Governance, Risk & Compliance (CGRC)
  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading and managing large teams, focusing on delivering high-quality training services in a federal context.
Clearance Requirement

Must possess an active SECRET clearance.
