We are currently seeking a highly qualified Cybersecurity Training Lead to oversee and manage the comprehensive delivery of cybersecurity training support services for a Federal client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all facets of the cybersecurity training program, including project management, content creation, instructional design, and support for training tools, ensuring adherence to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Management: Supervise the management and execution of all cybersecurity training support services for clients, including project planning, content creation, instructional design, and administrative assistance.
  • Module Creation: Design and develop cybersecurity training modules, including blended and online training as well as role-based training, utilizing government-provided tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Adobe Pro, Adobe Premiere Rush, KnowBe4) and cybersecurity videos. Ensure compliance with 508 and SCORM standards.
  • IT Academy Development: Support the establishment and enhancement of the client's Information Technology Academy and IT Immersion Program, including coordination, planning, scheduling, administrative tasks, curriculum development, and instructional design.
  • Policy-Driven Training Development: Create training materials based on federal and department-wide cybersecurity policies, standards, strategies, and frameworks, including the Cybersecurity Risk Management Framework (RMF), NIST AI RMF, Machine Learning, Robotic Process Automation, SELC, Secure Development and IT Operations, and the Cybersecurity Acquisition Lifecycle (Cyber ALF).
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with cybersecurity specialists and other subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop and refine training content, involving coordination, planning, scheduling, and managing administrative tasks.
  • Cybersecurity Awareness Training Enhancement: Foster a cyber-aware environment by improving the Annual Refresher Cybersecurity Awareness Training (CSAT) with real-world scenarios and case studies.
  • Training Tool Management: Administer the designated cybersecurity training delivery application, ensuring its effective utilization and maintenance.
Qualifications:
  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience supporting large-scale projects within the Federal Market Space.
  • Certifications: Must hold one of the following certifications:
    • Project Management Professional (PMP)
    • Geographic Information Systems Professional (GISP)
    • Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
    • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
    • Certified Governance, Risk & Compliance (CGRC)
  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading and managing large teams, focusing on delivering high-quality training services in a federal context.
Clearance:
  • Must possess an active SECRET clearance.
