Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Windows 2019 Server and SQL. You will thrive in a dynamic environment, supporting the Department of Defense in cybersecurity systems and analyzing data trends to pinpoint potential issues.

As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will be the go-to resource for resolving system and data challenges. Collaborating with a team of professionals across various locations, you will provide exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:
As a member of a technically diverse Support team, you will be instrumental in monitoring and maintaining the Cyber Security posture of the Department of Defense. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Triaging user-reported issues
2. Assisting users with data analysis across various complexities and use cases
3. Addressing data inquiries and discrepancies
4. Debugging user queries while proactively identifying areas for enhancement
5. Collaborating with business subject matter experts and technical specialists to resolve inquiries
6. Identifying process improvements and automation opportunities
7. Tracking daily performance trends and escalating issues as necessary
8. Providing application support for remote systems
9. Administering users and service accounts through an Enterprise management tool supported by Active Directory
10. Initiating proactive customer notifications
11. Adhering to service level standards for all clients
12. Developing and maintaining successful long-term client relationships
13. Providing deployment support
14. Monitoring system health and processes
15. Managing tickets via ITSM
16. Collaborating with Ops support and development teams to resolve customer issues

Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in Help Desk or IT Support roles
- Security+ certification (or other 8570 certification)

Additional Information:
At Foxhole Technology, we uphold pay transparency as mandated by law. The salary range for this position is $100,000-$120,000, with actual compensation determined by various factors.
