Job Summary

As an Onbase BSA Consultant at Syntricate Technologies, you will play a key role in driving business process improvements and ensuring the effective use of our Enterprise Content Management System.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions that deliver outstanding value to our partners.

• Collaborate with business partners, product owners, and IT managers to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements to define solutions that meet business needs.

• Accurately measure the contribution of IT projects to business value and assess technological feasibility and business readiness.

• Identify solution interdependencies and develop effective solutions that meet business requirements.

Requirements

• Strong experience with the Onbase system as an Enterprise Content Management System.

• Proven ability to work on large-scale projects and handle day-to-day operational requests from the business.

• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
