Job Overview

Super Service Today is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Comfort Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for offering our products and services to residential and commercial clients, providing customized solutions that meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home consultations with potential customers to showcase our products and services.
  • Create tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of each customer.
  • Present options to customers on site using our state-of-the-art software.
  • Own the sale from start to finish, serving as a point of contact for the customer throughout their project and following up to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
  • Maintain extensive product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Participate in regular sales training with the team to continue growing your skillset.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • Familiarity with plumbing and HVAC systems and the ability to explain their features and benefits to customers.
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
