We are a dynamic product development and engineering consulting firm located in Wilmington, MA. Our team works with pioneering clients to develop their technology, design their products, and bring those products to production.

Our Expertise

We have extensive experience in biomedical instruments and consumables, microfluidics, specialty plastic design, optics, industrial automation, robotics, and design for manufacturing.

Our Capabilities

We have in-house laboratory and rapid prototyping capability, including CNCs, 3D printers, and laser cutters, which enable us to prototype and innovate fast.

Our Team

We are looking for experienced mechanical engineers who are excited for the variety and challenge of product development. As a mechanical engineer at Re:Build Manufacturing, you will exercise your mechanical design experience in an energetic and progressive consulting environment.

Requirements
  • B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • 6-10 years of industry experience
  • Broad technical background and the desire to learn more
  • 3D CAD experience (SolidWorks preferred)
  • Experience with a range of manufacturing processes is a plus (injection molding, machining, sheet metal, casting, etc.)
  • Experience designing biomedical products or industrial automation a plus
  • Experience in consulting is a plus
