About Our Store

We're a pet-loving community that's passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences. As a PetSmart Customer Engagement Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our stores run smoothly and efficiently.

About Your Role

As a leader on our Department Management team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Pet Parent Engagement: You'll set the standard for customer engagement, ensuring every pet and pet parent has a positive experience in our stores. You'll build strong relationships with customers and create personalized shopping experiences.
  • Associate Leadership: You'll lead a team of retail and pet care associates who are passionate about pets. You'll help them develop their skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Overall Retail Initiatives: You'll work closely with our leaders to ensure our stores are safe, clean, and fun environments for pets and pet parents. You'll help drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
