About Our Store

About Your Role

As a Customer Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail and pet care associates to deliver a safe, clean, and fun environment for our pets and pet parents. You will set the standards for customer engagement, ensuring every pet and pet parent has a positive experience in our stores.

You will lead a team of passionate associates who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and creating a personalized shopping experience. You will work closely with the store team to ensure we have the right product on the floor and that our customers have an engaging and personalized shopping experience.
