Position Title
Outbound Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Role Summary
The primary responsibility of the Outbound Customer Service Representative is to engage with our existing clientele through regular check-ins, assess their service needs, schedule annual maintenance, inform them about current promotional offers, and follow up on their satisfaction with recently completed services.
Compensation
Competitive wage of $24.00 per hour, with potential bonus opportunities.
Work Environment
This position is based onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Delivering exceptional customer service consistently to our existing clients.
- Communicating promotional offers through phone, email, and text.
- Performing follow-up calls and assisting clients with online scheduling.
- Effectively resolving issues and addressing customer concerns as they arise.
- Providing referrals for services outside our offerings when necessary.
- Participating in ongoing training for professional development.
- Engaging in team-building activities and attending weekly meetings.
- Prospecting and making outbound calls to potential clients.
- Meeting established monthly performance metrics.
- Reporting directly to the Director of Customer Service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role or call center environment.
- At least 1 year of experience in cold calling.
Preferred Attributes
- Self-motivated, metrics-driven, and dependable.
- Experience in outbound calling is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Service Titan or similar dispatch software is a plus.
Work Schedule
The training schedule will be from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, followed by a regular schedule of Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. This position requires in-person attendance.
