Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Associate to join our team at The Bartell Drug Company. As a Service Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs, answering questions, and resolving issues in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Engage with customers in a positive and professional way while completing customer transactions on the cash register.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and endcaps with merchandise.
- Ensure accurate identification is produced when selling age-restricted products, such as alcohol and tobacco.
- Assist with the operation of the store, including building and maintaining displays of merchandise and completing new plan-o-grams.
- Participate in inventory counts and order merchandise based on the results.
- Put up signs that identify items on sale in weekly advertisements and take down signage when the sale is over.
- Assist with price markdowns and changes for merchandise on the shelves.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
