What Will You Be Doing?

As a Front Desk Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction and operational excellence by performing the following key responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional service to every guest, creating positive and memorable experiences during check-in and check-out.
  • Accurately input and maintain guest information in our computerized reservation system.
  • Access the reservation system to assist guests with inquiries, modifications, and unit availability.
  • Generate invoices and process payments related to the rental program and merchandise sales.
  • Safeguard and manage safety deposit boxes for guests.
  • Receive and relay housekeeping and maintenance requests to the appropriate departments.
  • Prepare and restock front desk supplies, including guest arrival packets.
  • Provide detailed information about local attractions and resort amenities.
  • Compose correspondence and reports for management as required.

  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service.
Preferred qualifications include:
  • Experience as a Front Desk or Guest Services Agent.
  • Familiarity with cash and credit card transactions.
  • Background in resort hospitality or a related field.
