Associate Director for Off-Campus and Commuter Experience

The University of Cincinnati seeks an experienced professional to serve as the Associate Director for Off-Campus and Commuter Experience. This key role will lead Student Affairs in enhancing the university experience for students living off-campus or commuting.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement programs and services that support the unique needs of off-campus and commuter students, fostering a sense of belonging and engagement.
- Collaborate with campus and community partners to design and develop initiatives that promote student success, citizenship, and personal growth for off-campus and commuter students.
- Manage programs, resources, and student organizations to address the challenges faced by off-campus and commuter students.
- Coordinate communication strategies to ensure that off-campus and commuter students are well-informed about campus events, resources, and opportunities.
- Supervise a team of student workers, manage budgets, and assess program effectiveness.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Nine (9) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement
- Five (5) years related experience
- Experience in higher education, overseeing student affairs programs and services, and working with community-based organizations
- Master's degree
