About the Position

We are recruiting for a Geriatric Psychiatrist at the Assistant, Associate, or Professor level. The successful candidate will be responsible for a combination of direct patient care, teaching medical students, residents, and fellows, and opportunities for leadership roles, including division director and/or geriatric fellowship program director. Additionally, the candidate will have the opportunity to participate in clinical research at various UC Health facilities, hospitals, and other local healthcare systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care in the outpatient and/or inpatient setting.
  • Teach medical students, residents, and fellows in the field of geriatric psychiatry.
  • Participate in leadership roles, including division director and/or geriatric fellowship program director.
  • Conduct clinical research at various UC Health facilities, hospitals, and other local healthcare systems.

Requirements

  • MD/DO or equivalent degree.
  • Ohio Medical License.
  • Board eligible or board certified in Psychiatry.
