Job Title:
Associate Director, Compensation Strategies

Job Summary:
KPMG is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Compensation Strategies to lead the design and implementation of compensation strategies for the Business Development organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales compensation design and a proven track record of developing and executing complex compensation plans.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the compensation strategy and design process for the Business Development organization
• Collaborate with Business Development leaders to design sales plans that meet business needs
• Analyze market compensation survey results and provide insights on competitive position and market trends
• Develop strategic presentations for leadership and provide guidance on compensation and benefits matters
• Work with Finance and Accounting to project variable compensation and determine accruals for formulaic plans
• Collaborate with HR Business Advisors to benchmark roles and advise on job description development

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a focus on sales compensation design
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights to leadership
• Experience working in a consulting or services industry is a plus
