Job Description

GCI's Legal Secretary will provide high-level administrative support to the Law and Corporate Advocacy Department.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Support: Provide a wide range of administrative services, including preparing and editing legal documents, managing records, and maintaining confidentiality.
  2. Communication: Serve as a liaison between the legal department and other teams, communicating effectively through various channels.
  3. Organization: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems to ensure seamless workflow.
  4. Special Projects: Assist with special projects, such as grant award records, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, with a minimum of five years of relevant experience or education.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a legal secretary, administrative legal assistant, or related role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills, with proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as telecom industry or job-specific certifications, are highly valued.
