Job Overview:
The Client Relationship Manager at Allstate Insurance Agency - Burak Kaya plays a crucial role in nurturing and enhancing profitable connections with personal lines clients while expanding the business portfolio through new client acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, assess, and cultivate personal insurance prospects with both new and existing clients through various communication channels including in-person meetings, online interactions, phone calls, and written correspondence.
  • Build and sustain exceptional relationships with clients and prospects through consistent follow-ups, accurate and prompt quotations, and comprehensive account support. Proactively address and respond to all client needs.
  • Engage in active prospecting, account rounding, and solicit enhancements in existing client coverage while networking for new clients, including re-engagements.
  • Assist and prepare clients for policy renewals and retention efforts, ensuring robust client relationships are maintained.
  • Track, evaluate, and report on essential metrics to guarantee sales objectives are met, while documenting sales activities in a timely, precise, and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with team members, mentor junior staff, provide expertise, answer inquiries, and participate in both formal and informal meetings as required.
Qualifications:
  • Acquire Personal Lines licenses within 60 days of employment if not currently active in Connecticut.
  • Exhibit strong knowledge of insurance products, rating and underwriting procedures, coverage options, and industry practices to effectively secure new business and maintain the existing client base.
  • Demonstrate a proven history of success in business-to-business sales. Possess strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills with the ability to finalize sales.
  • Be client-oriented, customer-focused, and professionally assertive in establishing new client relationships and servicing current clients.
  • Exhibit exceptional organizational skills with the ability to complete challenging tasks independently, sound business judgment, strong decision-making capabilities, and superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess excellent time management skills, thrive in a collaborative environment, and demonstrate proficiency in technology and computer systems, including agency management software.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Polish or Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
