Client Relationship Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team at LMG Connecticut. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue through exceptional customer service and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Shadow top-performing sales executives and work closely with senior account managers to gain a deep understanding of client campaign strategies, KPIs, products, services, and promotions.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve daily sales goals, including outreach and education of consumers on the benefits of our clients' products and services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all order adjustments, price quotations, purchase orders, and billing inquiries with customers directly.
- Participate in in-person meetings and virtual conferences to stay up-to-date on client expansion and maintain compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, marketing, sales, and customer service, to create and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Build strong relationships with customers through active listening, consultative relationship building, and empathic communication.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields preferred or in progress.
- 0-3 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Client Relations, Customer Service, or related fields.
