Client Relationship Specialist

The Client Relationship Specialist at Allstate Insurance Agency - Burak Kaya plays a pivotal role in nurturing and enhancing profitable connections with personal lines clients while expanding the business portfolio through new client acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, assess, and cultivate personal insurance prospects with both new and existing clients through various communication channels including in-person meetings, online interactions, phone calls, and written correspondence.
- Build and sustain exceptional relationships with clients and prospects through consistent follow-ups, precise and prompt quotations, and comprehensive account support. Proactively address and fulfill all client requirements.
- Engage in active prospecting, account rounding, and solicit enhancements in existing client coverage while networking for new clientele, including re-engagements.
- Assist and prepare clients for renewals and retention efforts, ensuring robust client relationships are maintained.
- Track, analyze, and report on essential metrics to guarantee sales objectives are met, while documenting sales activities in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members, mentor junior staff, provide insights and respond to inquiries, and participate in both formal and informal meetings as necessary.
- Acquire Personal Lines licenses within a specified timeframe if not currently active in Connecticut.
- Exhibit a strong understanding of insurance products, rating processes, underwriting practices, coverage options, and industry operations to effectively secure new business and sustain the existing client base.
- Demonstrate a proven history of success in business-to-business sales. Possess strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills with the capability to close sales effectively.
- Be client-oriented, focused on customer satisfaction, and assertive in developing new client relationships while servicing current clients.
- Show exceptional organizational abilities with the capacity to complete complex tasks independently, sound business judgment, strong decision-making skills, and superior written and verbal communication abilities.
- Exhibit excellent time management skills, thrive in a collaborative environment, and possess proficiency in technology and computer systems, including agency management software.
- Bilingual proficiency in Polish or Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
