About the Role

We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Ambassador at Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams in Chagrin Falls. As an Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile
  • Operate the register, manage cash and credit transactions, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Prepare and serve high-quality ice cream products, including scooping, serving, and maintaining inventory
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment
Requirements
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for guests
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team
  • Availability to work weekends, late nights, and flexible schedules as needed
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
