As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll inspire your colleagues to work together to achieve our goals, create an environment of aloha fun, and exceed guest expectations. You'll share knowledge on the latest designs and provide world-class service to our customers.

**Essentials for Life in Paradise**

  • You have 2+ years of Guest and Sales experience
  • You have a get things done mindset
  • You are a natural collaborator and are able to identify opportunities and take initiative
  • You have a High School diploma or GED
  • Willingness to perform other duties as required that are necessary to support the business.
**Compensation**

Multiple factors will vary the applicable rate of pay for this role, including an individual's experience, knowledge, and skillset, as well as work location and available budget.

Pay Range: $15.00 (or local minimum wage)-$20.00 hourly
