Job Summary

Casa de la Familia is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in our Santa Ana office.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to prioritize tasks effectively. They will be responsible for providing administrative support to our managers and employees, including making travel arrangements, preparing reports, and maintaining filing systems.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of office management systems and procedures, as well as proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our managers and employees
  • Make travel arrangements and prepare reports
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate and up-to-date records
  • Assist with daily office needs and ensure a smooth day-to-day operation
  • Develop and maintain a filing system and update office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Book travel arrangements and submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide general support to visitors and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Requirements
  • Spanish speaking
  • Courses taken in psychology/sociology
  • Able to work in-person at the Santa Ana office
