Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

The primary role of the Senior Business Development Manager is to drive business growth and expansion through strategic planning, prospecting, and relationship-building. This involves developing and executing sales plans, maintaining existing accounts, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute short and long-term sales plans to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Maintain existing accounts and identify new business opportunities through prospecting and relationship-building.
  • Collaborate with mid and senior-level management, marketing, and technical staff to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Develop and present persuasive sales pitches and proposals to potential clients.
  • Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in business development and sales.
  • Bachelor's degree or significant related experience.
  • Hunter mentality with services sales experience required.
  • Property Management or Facility Services Sales experience preferred.
  • Relevant and immediate sales contacts within the territory preferred.
  • Work well under pressure to meet established goals.
  • Salesforce or other CRM & Excel preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a matrixed and diverse workforce.
  • Strength in writing and presenting compelling, detailed, sales proposals.
