About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager Leader to join our team at HC&N Healthcare Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing staff recruitment and hiring policies, as well as developing and maintaining effective administrative procedures for personnel matters.

Responsibilities: The HR and Staffing Professional will be responsible for:
  • Developing and implementing effective staffing strategies
  • Managing staff recruitment and hiring processes
  • Providing counsel on HR matters to the Executive Director, senior management, and the Board of Directors
  • Supervising HR staff members
  • Developing and maintaining records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Analyzing current benefit plans and exploring new benefit program options


Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must have:
  • A minimum of two years of Human Resources/Staffing experience in long term care
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, including an ability to resolve disputes and maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and outstanding ability to interact effectively with managers, supervisors, and staff
  • Must have excellent Microsoft Word skills and be proficient with Excel
  • Must possess strong multi-tasking capabilities and be willing to take a hands-on approach to problem-solving
