Salary: Based on experience, plus incentive bonuses. Estimated salary range is $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

Job Description: The Human Resources/Staffing Coordinator is responsible for managing staff recruitment and hiring policies, as well as developing and maintaining effective administrative procedures for personnel matters. This includes:
  • Managing staff recruitment and hiring policies
  • Developing and maintaining effective administrative procedures for personnel matters
  • Providing counsel on HR matters to the Executive Director, senior management, and the Board of Directors
  • Directly supervising HR staff members
  • Creating events, systems, and processes to enhance staff communication, interaction, development, and training
  • Working with all departments concerning staff and employment-related issues
  • Developing and maintaining records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Analyzing current benefit plans and exploring new benefit program options
  • Preparing materials for and implementing new employee orientations, performance and salary reviews, and exit interviews
  • Maintaining timely records of call-out, late and early arrivals to work and coordinating with HR daily to ensure attendance policies are administered promptly and fairly
  • Monitoring daily PPD
  • Monitoring and minimizing staff overtime


Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • A minimum of two years of Human Resources/Staffing experience in long term care
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, including an ability to resolve disputes and maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and outstanding ability to interact effectively with managers, supervisors, and staff
  • Must have excellent Microsoft Word skills and be proficient with Excel
  • Must possess strong multi-tasking capabilities and be willing to take a hands-on approach to problem-solving
