We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Member Experience Associate to join our team at Industrious. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for our members and their guests.

As a Member Experience Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our members and will be responsible for ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. This will involve providing exceptional customer service, managing the day-to-day operations of the office, and collaborating with our Member Experience Manager to develop and implement initiatives that enhance the member experience.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about building relationships and creating a sense of community. If you are a team player who is able to work independently and is comfortable with a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members and their guests
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including preparing the space for events and meetings
  • Collaborate with our Member Experience Manager to develop and implement initiatives that enhance the member experience
  • Assist with food preparation and cleaning duties, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements
  • Perform repetitive tasks requiring frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 25 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and walk for extended periods throughout the day.
  • Capable of operating machines / appliances as necessary, including printers, dishwashers, blenders, snack carts, knives, kitchen utensils, etc.
  • Participate in food preparation and cleaning duties, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, including the use of cleaning chemicals, and equipment.
  • Ensure work areas are kept in a sanitary condition and all safety protocols are followed.
