Job Description

At Brilliant Earth, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize sales strategies and product knowledge to guide customers through the purchasing process, creating personalized experiences and exceeding sales targets.
  • Manage a high volume of incoming sales leads via email, live chat, and phones, providing a luxury customer experience reflective of our high-quality products.
  • Proactively greet, check-in, and assist customers in the purchasing process, creating memorable and one-on-one customer experiences.
  • Conduct post-sale appointments to assist and educate customers returning for pick-ups, exchanges, re-sizing, and other inquiries.
  • Call customers to confirm showroom appointments and answer any pre-appointment questions.
  • Review customer feedback surveys and online reviews, working with leaders to continuously improve the customer experience and sales performance.
  • Skillfully enforce policies within the waiting room to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests, and ensure product security.
  • Open and/or close the showroom and waiting area.
  • Use our ERP system to manage tasks and communicate cross-functionally.
  • Act as a brand advocate, sharing our mission of creating a more sustainable, transparent, and compassionate jewelry industry.

Requirements:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule, including weekend days.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
