Company Overview:
Jrorenstein is seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our marketing team as a Social Media Strategy Manager. This role is pivotal in developing and managing content that boosts engagement, broadens our audience, and enhances brand visibility for our retail divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance and grow our social media footprint across established and emerging platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  • Create and maintain editorial calendars, ensuring the delivery of engaging content that fosters connections and encourages community interaction.
  • Produce captivating and succinct content tailored to the unique voice and identity of each brand.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing teams to develop a comprehensive strategy.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights to inform future initiatives on a regular basis.
  • Assist in overseeing and executing social media-related projects, including event planning and promotional activities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in managing social media platforms.
  • In-depth understanding of various social media tools and platforms.
  • Exceptional project management abilities, capable of juggling multiple high-priority tasks.
  • Basic graphic design skills are a plus, with familiarity in tools like Canva or Photoshop.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work under tight deadlines.
  • A strong interest in the cannabis industry is essential.

Travel Requirements:
Occasional travel may be necessary as part of this role.

Work Environment:
This position primarily operates in an office environment with moderate noise levels. The role may require frequent adjustments in positioning and communication, as well as the occasional movement of light objects.
