Job Overview

This is an exceptional opportunity to become part of a global leader in the adhesive sector. The position is designed for individuals who thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, with minimal overnight travel required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a home office in proximity to the designated territory.
  • Engage with design and production engineers, as well as purchasing professionals, to expand both existing and new business opportunities.
  • Market a diverse range of industrial adhesive and sealant products.
  • Proactively seek out and develop new client accounts.
  • Foster strong, enduring business relationships that encourage repeat business.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial sales.
  • Prior experience in selling adhesives or sealant products is highly desirable.
  • A college degree is mandatory, with no specific concentration required.
  • A collaborative team player with a dynamic personality.
  • Strong motivation to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Exceptional sales and communication skills, with a focus on closing deals and building relationships.
  • Experience in markets such as industrial product assembly, automotive, medical devices, aerospace, electronics, solar, and LED is advantageous.
  • Excellent follow-up skills are essential.
  • Proficient computer skills are necessary.
  • Willingness to travel overnight as required.

Compensation Package:

The base salary ranges from $90,000 to $110,000, complemented by generous and ongoing commissions. On average, sales professionals within the company earn over $150,000 annually, with experienced salespeople exceeding $160,000 per year. A car allowance and a robust benefits package are also included.
