Position Summary:

We are looking for a driven and passionate Outdoor Recreation Sales Consultant to enhance our vibrant sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, a love for outdoor recreation, and exceptional interpersonal abilities. In this role, you will be tasked with identifying prospective clients, presenting our offerings, and successfully closing sales to achieve established targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients while actively seeking new leads through various channels.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations to highlight the features and advantages of our offerings.
  • Assess customer requirements and propose suitable playground solutions.
  • Develop and nurture strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with design and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to showcase our products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in high-volume sales.
  • Experience in project management, installation, or construction is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Attractive base salary ($70,000 - $80,000) plus a commission structure.
