We are seeking dedicated individuals to fill the role of Client Care Specialist at Ethos Veterinary Health. This position is ideal for those who thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and have a strong passion for providing exceptional care to animals.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and assist clients with scheduling appointments.
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining an organized reception area.
- Provide compassionate support to clients and their pets, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Handle financial transactions and discuss payment options with clients.
- Maintain a tidy and professional lobby area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; vocational training in business or office administration is preferred.
- Experience in a veterinary or medical setting is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Proficient typing skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage stressful situations calmly.
Work Schedule
Shifts may vary, requiring flexibility and availability during evenings and weekends. Candidates should be prepared for shifts that may start as early as 6 AM and end as late as midnight.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage ranges from $16 to $17, based on experience.
