Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and assist clients with scheduling appointments.
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area.
- Process payments and discuss financial options with clients.
- Provide compassionate support to clients and their pets during their visits.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; vocational training in business or office administration is preferred.
- Experience in a veterinary or medical setting is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Proficient in computer systems and quick to learn new software.
Work Schedule
Shifts will vary and require flexibility, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends. Open availability is essential to accommodate the needs of our emergency and specialty departments.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive hourly wage based on experience, ranging from $16 to $17.
