Position Overview: We are on the lookout for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Marketing Specialist to enhance our dynamic marketing team. This role is crucial in spearheading our lead generation initiatives through the effective management of telemarketing campaigns and strategic oversight of project leads. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Salesforce, with additional skills in Power BI being a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement demand generation strategies aimed at driving qualified leads and expanding the sales pipeline.
  • Oversee and optimize telemarketing campaigns to effectively engage target audiences and meet lead generation objectives in collaboration with the call center and campaign manager.
  • Work closely with brand managers on campaign strategies and content, as well as with sales teams to ensure alignment on lead quality and volume.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance and lead conversion metrics.
  • Develop lead nurturing strategies in partnership with the digital marketing team to expedite prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Provide training and support to team members on best practices and tools for demand generation.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on lead distribution and process implementation.
  • Establish KPIs for lead generation teams and campaigns, continuously refining and enhancing demand generation processes to maximize efficiency and return on investment.
  • Deliver regular reports and insights to key stakeholders regarding campaign performance and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in demand generation, focusing on managing digital campaigns, telemarketing efforts, and project leads.
  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM, including campaign management and reporting functionalities.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with architectural specifications is a plus.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools is advantageous.
