Position Overview: National Account Representative

The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee customer-specific requests related to the inspection and servicing of fire protection systems. The objective is to enhance the revenue of the National Accounts division while ensuring profitability, meeting customer expectations, and adhering to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate service and inspection schedules for customer locations as needed.
  • Conduct follow-ups on pending work orders.
  • Manage subcontractor relationships and negotiate pricing as required.
  • Provide telephone support for assigned accounts and handle overflow inquiries.
  • Ensure profitable margins on service orders.
  • Act as the primary customer service liaison for designated accounts.
  • Cross-train to perform various job functions as assigned by the organization.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Experience in construction or account management is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service setting is necessary.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a willingness to learn new systems and processes are required.
