Position: National Account Representative
The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee customer-specific requests related to the inspection and servicing of fire protection systems. The goal of the department is to enhance revenue while ensuring profitability, meeting customer expectations, and adhering to compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinating service and inspection schedules for customer sites as required.
- Conducting follow-ups on pending work orders.
- Managing subcontractor relationships and negotiating rates as necessary.
- Providing phone support for assigned accounts and handling overflow calls.
- Ensuring profitable margins on all work orders.
- Acting as the primary customer service liaison for designated accounts.
- Participating in cross-training to fulfill various job roles as needed.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate the ability to fulfill each essential duty effectively. The following qualifications are required:
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Experience in construction or account management is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills are essential.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center setting is necessary.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a willingness to learn new systems and processes are crucial.
