Key Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly wash, sanitize, and store all dishes, glassware, utensils, and other kitchen tools
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
  • Assist with food preparation tasks as required
  • Properly dispose of waste and manage trash
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
  • Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to facilitate seamless service
  • Support additional tasks as directed by management

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as a dishwasher in a high-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple tasks
  • Understanding of proper food handling and sanitation practices
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capacity to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
