Job Summary:

The Morning Frosting Specialist at Nothing Bundt Cakes #137 is responsible for ensuring that cakes of the highest quality are consistently created for our guests. This role involves following the company's frosting recipe, prioritizing cake orders, and maintaining a supply of frosted cakes in the bakery display case.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follows the company's frosting recipe and prioritizes cake orders in a timely manner.
  • Maintains a supply of frosted cakes in the bakery display case and ensures that the frosting and frosted cake par levels are adequate.
  • Cleans, sanitizes, and restocks the workstation during shifts.
  • Complies with all health and safety guidelines and company policies and procedures.
  • Maintains a consistent work attendance and punctuality record.

Requirements:

  • Ability to understand written and verbal directions, interpret instructions, and perform repetitious tasks.
  • Physical capacity to lift items of moderate weight (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
  • Diligence, organization, and self-motivation, with the ability to prioritize workload and operate independently with minimal supervision.
