Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our consumers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and health-related services to consumers, including bathing, grooming, and toileting
  • Assisting nurses with medical procedures and tasks as instructed
  • Supporting consumers with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, housekeeping, and grocery shopping
  • Providing transportation to daily activities and appointments as needed
  • Recognizing and responding to symptoms of mental illness and emotional distress, and assisting consumers with coping skills

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Massachusetts CNA certification
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Prior experience working with adults with severe and persistent mental illness is preferred
